Gert in touch with Support

I need help with a GPD MicroPC x2 that I purchased a month ago (august 2019) and now it is not booting up. Rather trying to repair it self and then just shuts down .

Also the battery is not charging!

The GDP support page is empty, I tried to send emails and call them, but this contact options are dead!
Can someone help me here?
