GPD P2 Max 2022 - Linux Firmware, Drivers

Hi, I have bought a P2 Max 2022, it has been upgraded to Windows 11 and is dual booting with Linux Mint but the drivers for Linux dont seem to be released or working, there is no wireless or sound.

Or when are you expecting an UBUNTU Mate installation for this updated P2 Max please?

Any assistance appreciated.

upgrade your kernel to 5.16.10 and everything should work fine.

For now (24.01.2023) P2 max 2022 (N6000) + Ubuntu have two issues out of box:

  1. Sound won’t work (partially fixed in 6.X latest kernels)
  2. Touchscreen won’t work (i still searching for fix)

Touchscreen working out of box! It was a problem of only my P2 max 2022.
