Hello, just used the Hailuck keyboard update tool from the download page on GPD website with numbers CD83608F.hex and now the keyboard and touchpad are both unresponsive. This is in windows 10 and when powered on the power button is also unresponsive. Does anybody know how to fix this?
I had problems with my keyboard on my p2 max. After contacting GPD direct for a fix and posting on here, I found the best option was to sling it in the bin and buy decent brand with support.
