Hi there. I recently purchased a GPD pocket 1 that was previously owned. when powering on i was asked if i wanted to wipe a t2 thing and agreed to. I saw a black screen with spinning icon running for 45 minutes (wasnt sure if screen frozen) so powered down the system.
After only completing part of the initial windows setup. (didnt get to questions about privacy etc) windows managed to start up but the start button is unresponsive and there are no apps. (even edge is missing.)
have i done something wrong and what would be the best way to rectify things. Many thanks
