GPD Win 2 Keyboard Unresponsive after accidental Micro-PC firmware flash

Hello everyone,

I am seeking help for my GPD Win 2. While trying to fix a driver issue, I mistakenly ran a keyboard firmware update tool intended for the GPD Micro-PC.

The tool I used was “Amira_KeyBoard_68F83 V2.0.1.5” and the file I flashed is “83kbd.hex”.

Current Symptoms:

  • The keyboard is completely unresponsive (no keys work in Windows or BIOS).

  • Only the L3 button (Left Stick click) is still working.

  • The device is seen as a HID-compliant device, but the key mapping is broken.

  • I have tried a hard reset (holding power for 45 seconds) and reinstalling Intel Serial IO drivers, but the issue persists because the firmware itself is incorrect.

Request:

Does anyone have the original Keyboard Firmware (.hex file) specifically for the GPD Win 2? I need the correct file to flash it back using the Amira tool and restore my keyboard functionality.

Thank you very much for your help!
