The differences between untouched Ubuntu Mate 20.04.1 ISO and GPD Micro PC specific

The only thing I could find as a tweak between the untouched and GPD Micro PC ISO was that the display was actually rotated right on boot to live environment (easy to do manually in display settings) but it was done via rotation - not natively fixed as “1280x720” instead it remains as 720x1280 + the right rotation.

Does the GPD Micro PC specific ISO have any additional tweaks over the untouched Ubuntu Mate 20.04.1 ISO?

I also noticed that (at least in the live session) the HDMI audio out does not work (works fine with pre-installed Win10).

Are there any other tweaks on the GPD version of the Ubuntu mate apart from the rotation?

Both ISOs seem to the byte same in size therefore I assume no additional tweaks/fixes/addons?
